See exactly how booking and payment work
Choose the support you want, save a payment method securely through Stripe and keep control from your account. You are not charged merely for sending a request.
1. Request the right support
Choose a paid lesson or free suitability meeting, tell Michael what your child needs and suggest times that work for your family.
2. Save payment securely
Stripe handles card details securely. Payment is collected only after Michael approves the lesson and it becomes due.
When payment is taken
- Add a payment method when requesting a paid lesson.
- After tutor approval, payment is collected 24 hours before the lesson or immediately if approval happens later; confirmation follows successful payment.
- Payment reminders are sent if a valid method is missing.
- An unresolved payment causes automatic cancellation 12 hours before the lesson.
Changes and cancellations
- The normal policy allows free cancellation or rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice.
- Within 24 hours, message Michael through your account to ask for a change; cancelling or rescheduling is then at his discretion.
- A shorter-notice charge is applied only where fair and reflective of loss that could not reasonably be avoided.
- If Michael cancels, an alternative time or full refund is offered.
